These terms apply to every offer from Hearth & Paw and to every agreement concluded between Hearth & Paw and a customer through this website. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Any delivery costs are shown before you complete your order. We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible, but small differences in colour or size can occur.

Obvious mistakes in prices or descriptions do not bind us. If an error affects your order, we will contact you and you may cancel free of charge.

The agreement is concluded once you have completed your order and payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email. We may refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud or if a product is unexpectedly unavailable; in that case you will receive a full refund.

Payment is made in advance through our payment provider Stripe, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout. Your order is processed once payment has been received.

Delivery is free on orders over €50. Our products are shipped from partner warehouses. Most orders arrive within 5 to 9 working days; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

We deliver no later than 30 days after your order, unless agreed otherwise. If we cannot, we will let you know and you may cancel the order free of charge and receive a full refund. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you.

As a consumer you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. As part of our happy-pet promise we extend this period to 30 days.

• Let us know by email at contact@weblement.dev, or use the model withdrawal form below. We will send you the return instructions.
• Return the product within 14 days of telling us, unused and where possible in its original packaging.
• We refund the purchase price including the standard delivery costs within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait with the refund until we have received the product back.
• The cost of returning the product is paid by you, unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong item.
• You may inspect the product as you would in a shop. If you use it beyond that, or if it is damaged, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your specifications, such as a personalised harness, or to sealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal is broken.

Our products meet the agreement and the specifications stated on our website. You are entitled to the statutory warranty (conformity): if a product is faulty, we will repair or replace it, or refund you.

Please report any complaint as soon as possible, and in any case within two months of discovering the defect, to contact@weblement.dev. We will respond within 14 days. If we cannot resolve your complaint together, you may bring the dispute before the competent court.

Please use our products as intended and follow the instructions supplied with them; always choose the right size for your pet and supervise your pet when introducing new products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned, except in the case of intent or gross negligence or where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Dutch law applies to these terms and all agreements with Hearth & Paw. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country.
